Born in Gulfport, MS, twenty six year old artist Adam Cook's distinct style is unmistakable. It is colorfully candid and depicts his pure love for life. From the time the artist was four years old, he drew incessantly and filled countless notebooks with drawings, poetry, and music.

Adam began his artistic career in Mississippi by creating work on pieces of metal and wood found on the streets in his local neighborhood and using charcoal and paint to leave his mark for the public to enjoy. His influences include a vast range of artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Cy Twombly, Andy Warhol, and so many more.

Adam has become one of the most prolific young artists in the Southeast Texas art scene. His past work includes ten murals for the public of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, paintings for the Beaumont Children's museum, murals for his hometown church, local restaurants, MCM Elegante Hotel, as well as private and public collections.

“I believe everyone should be able to experience art and enjoy how limitless it is. In the end if people are happy and inspired to create from what I do, then I've done my job as an artist” -AC.
